Well, you knew the Mets wouldn't get through the Atlanta House of Horrors without the Gnome of Defeat making at least one appearance.
Johan Santana just didn't have it, through he wasn't helped by the Mets defense, which has not been spectacular outside of Jason Bay's Endy moment on Monday.
Johan lasted just 1.1 innings, giving up 6 runs on 4 hits.
On the bright side, David Wright continued his hot hitting, with a little bit of a streak going there.
